Boisclair et fils inc. was founded in 1955 by Mr. Ubald Boisclair. In 1985, his son, Mr. Philippe Boisclair, took over the family business. Already at that time, he envisioned the company’s potential to expand by developing new products
The firm’s plant expanded in 1989 and again in 1994. Offices were added and another section of the plant was expanded in 1999.
Construction of a new plant containing modernized equipment began in fall 2006 in Mirabel’s industrial park. Mr. Philippe Boisclair has headed the company’s expansion efforts, assisted by his two daughters, Suzanne and Valérie, and son Éric.

Piedmont Plant - 2008
Our administrative offices are located in Piedmont, where we manufacture septic tanks.
Mirabel Plant - 2008
At our brand-new Mirabel plant, we now manufacture septic tanks, catch basins, valve chambers and various other concrete products used for electrical and telecommunication systems, some of which are certified by Hydro-Québec.
